(July 29, 2020, 8:19 pm)What a great locally owned hardware store. You receive personalized attention the moment you walk in the door, unlike at Lowe's and Home Depot. They are very knowledgeable and will actually walk you to what you need, real customer service at a hardware store, which is a dying breed, but not at Phelps. They know how to put the customer first.
(July 12, 2020, 3:18 pm)The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The greatest thing about shopping here is that you can generally find different options for different items and tools that you will not find at the big name hardware stores.
