  I went to my home club on 3000 blk Bardstown Rd. in Louisville, Ky and was greeting with a huge smile by Amia whom not only opened the door the for me, but after a brief conversation about me being a stroke survivor and needing to work my legs in the HydroMassage beds she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The club wasn't busy, so she allowed me to three 10 min massages without having to get up and have it reset (it is very difficult for me). Then, while in the massage chair brought me a water because I couldn't carry it. Amia is definitely the face you want in your facility. She is 150% what is needed in the world today. It was the best experience hands down!! Please give this girl a raise!

  Planet Fitness has high quality weight machines, free weights, medicine balls, kettle bells, flat and inclined benches, and cardio/aerobic/fitness machines. To one side you can purchase energy drinks and water from a vending machine, and next to that is a water fountain that has a bottle refill station. There are bathrooms as well.
  
  This place has an exclusive, premium club where extra services like massage chairs are available. There is an app which holds your membership, can find you tutorials and exercises on the machines, and can track a limited set of exercises you log. I find the tutorials useful.
  
  The electronic machines are mostly for sustained exercises for a half an hour or more. They have settings for different experiences like hills and intervals or flat courses.
  
  The personnel are friendly and helpful and responsive when you have a question, problem, or concern. I enjoy this club a lot.

  I absolutely love this planet fitness. Joy Bobby and Cheyann kill the shift together. They make me feel so warm inside. I would rather come here then eat food. Great place 10 out of 10. Toilets flush great. Thanks. Really great.

  First time here, didn’t even know there was a location on bardstown rd. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the ellipticals kept turning off and I hope the issue gets fixed soon

  I’m a big fan of Planet Fitness and as a black card member, I can go to any location. Have a friend near this location that I go with and we always are able to get on the equipment we want. Plenty of space between machines in the free weight area. The staff are friendly, the machines are clean and the restrooms are well kept. People always forget about the restrooms but they don’t here. I’ll be visiting this location more for sure.
