GREAT service. Very polite and fun/friendly experience for an appliance part store.

I don't know what we would do without this place. The knowledgeable staff, especially the lady who works there with the amazing, witty personality, are always exceptionally helpful to our limited income, DIY family. They have literally saved us hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars by helping us get the exact parts we need for under online retailer's pricing AND they have tested several motors for us for HVAC so we would not needlessly purchase/replace something that was not broken. To those who complain about their no refund policy, read the signs posted and they will test motors for you or take out the faulty part BEFORE you head up there to get a perfect match. Those bad reviews are a direct result of other customers' lack of research and knowledge, not on the part of this great local business.
