    If you have Diastasis Recti from pregnancy stop right now and call Amanda!!! After carrying twins, my abdominal muscles we're 4-4.5 finger widths apart. I was told I would need surgery to make a significant difference. Amanda did the research and came up with a plan for me (which I followed) and within 5 weeks, I was measuring 1-1.5 finger widths apart. Huge improvement without surgery!

    I was not their typical client and had a lot of hormonal issues preventing me from losing weight. I trained for several months before the weight started coming off with some hormonal correction. I wasn't starting at zero... It took a few months for me to even rebuild my strength and get to that point.

    Amanda supported the decisions I made for myself medically to get my hormones in check which made all the difference. She was invested in me and my success and she was as happy as I was, when all our hard work started paying off!

    After my husband and I finished 10 months of training with Sol and Amanda, we asked them to put personal workouts together for each of us to use 3 days a week at the gym. That has been crucial to my success. I still have their guidance even when they're not there.

    Sol and Amanda are great trainers, but they're great people, too. They're real and they know what it is to have health and weight challenges. They lived it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

    I've danced my whole life. But, it came at a cost: five surgeries on my knees. When I first approached Sol with my fitness and wellness goals, we set a timeline and plan. In a short period of time, I gained significant strength, built muscle back into my legs and minimized the pain in my knees. As a model and dancer, fitness is very important. Thank you, Sol!

    My name is Katie Barnes, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been and in the best shape of my life thanks to Sõl Perry. Here’s a little bit about my journey with Sol.

    I first met Sol in the fall of 2016. Sol is a regular at the coffee shop that I manage, so we would often talk about health and nutrition during many of his visits. The more I learned about Sol’s health and fitness journey the more intrigued I became. Many of you know his story, and are aware of the amount of adversity he overcame in his pursuit of exceptional health. His story is inspirational to say the least. But more than anything, his story instilled a sense of trust within me that when it came to overall health and fitness, Sol knew what he was talking about. He has spent years “walking the walk,” not just playing the part of “meathead trainer.”

    Initially, I was reluctant to join Sol Perry’s fitness family for a few reasons. First and foremost, I thought of myself as a healthy individual and a relatively experienced “gym-person.” I knew more than most did people about nutrition, and had been on several different training programs that had yielded decent results in the past. So, why did I need a trainer?

    What I love most about working with Sol, is that he is not simply a trainer. He’s a health coach first and foremost and takes a much more holistic approach to coaching each of his clients. He makes it clear that physical fitness, while a key piece in the puzzle of ultimate health, is not the only goal. His knowledge of nutrition, anatomy, endocrinology, supplementation and physical rehabilitation far exceeds that of your average “personal trainer.” He encourages his clients to learn about their bodies, and what techniques work best for them. There is no one size fits all program with Sol. It was this key distinction between Sol and every other trainer I knew, that convinced me he would take my health as seriously as I did. I believed he could help me reach a new level of health that I had never been able to achieve on my own. But first, I had to get honest with myself about a few things.

    I had to admit, that on my own, I really didn’t know how to reach the level of health and physical fitness that I had been longing for. I had struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and still had difficulty establishing a healthy relationship with food and my self-image. I was still battling inflammation in my body due to food sensitivities and inadequate supplementation. I wasn’t as lean as I felt like I should be. I had severe shoulder dysfunction from an injury I sustained in high school, and I lacked the energy and vitality that I though a young woman my age should have. When I shared my struggles with Sol he said he was confident that we could drastically improve my situation, and after setting a serious list of goals he told me, “WE CAN DO THIS!”

    Fast forward to now, after 6 months of working with Sol, WE DID IT. I have no pain in my right shoulder and have more mobility than I’ve had in the last 7 years. I can actually spike in volleyball again! The inflammation in my body is virtually non-existent with proper diet and supplementation. I have lost 12.5 inches off my entire body, and am getting closer and closer to my goal of 19% body fat. I see food as fuel and nourishment, not “good” or “bad” foods. I crave the food that will make my body feel good and perform well, not just what satiates my crave-monster brain. I have more energy than I did when I was 16 and a greater level of confidence than I’ve ever had in my life. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Sol Perry as a trainer, health coach, therapist and friend. I’m excited to be continuing my work with Sol as we set even bigger goals for 2018! BRING IT ON!
