Fantastic experience as always. Sid is knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly, and will work with you to solve problems on your vehicle (vs. bullying you into spending money unnecessarily, and assuming you know nothing about your vehicle). They enjoy what they do and it shows. I trust them with my Mini, and I know they'll always do right by me.

I have lived all over the US (now in Louisville). I can say unequivocally that the team at GermanTech MotorWorks has been by far the best auto repair shop I have dealt with. Sid and Jeff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and above all...HONEST. Their prices and labor rates are competitive and reasonable. They don't try to "sell" you on repairs you don't need and are honest about what services you should consider; without any devious pressure tactics.
Their appointments do run a couple of weeks out however, they have always been on time with completing my service and prompt on calling me when my car is ready for pickup.
GermanTech has my business for as long as I am still living in the area!

John and team are awesome. Had them replace the Crank Hub on my F80 M3 as well as do some exhaust work and a BM3 Stage 2 Tune. Couldn't be happier with their work. They were very informative providing near daily feedback as well as being honest about other issues or items they noticed along the way. Couldn't recommend them enough!

They were fast and professional, the waiting room was really nice. Best of all my service ending up costing less than the quoted and $100's of dollars less than it would've been going to the dealer. In all I'm very happy and will be using this shop again in the future!
