Pretty good burger joint! I especially liked the fries. They are cut as discs and crispy on the edges and soft in the middle! They also have cherry coke on the fountain, so that's always a 👍 👍 from me!

Delicious burger in a great atmosphere! Hubby picked this place for his birthday dinner. He had an Angus beef burger and I had the Keto burger. There were two patties with two pieces of cheese, tons of bacon and a keto bun on mine. I couldn't finish it all but my son was happy to help. The sweet potato and regular fries weren't the best we've had but the onion rings were to die for! Great place for families and burgers were delicious. We arrived at 5:00 and by 6:00 there was a line and the place was packed. We will be back.

I've wanted to try BurgerIM for quite a while. I ordered my meal through their online menu and picked it up after a doctor's visit. They were on top of it! One of the staff even called to clarify if I wanted cheese on my burger or not! Super impressive!
My food was hot and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.
I ordered a duo, two smaller 3oz sandwiches, instead of one big burger in order to try more things. The black bean burgers with a lettuce wrap was delicious and had a distinct Indian flavor. The second burger was just a regular burger on a potato bun with the Cali toppings. Even though they were smaller than a regular sandwich I could not finish the Cali burger. The fries were freshly sliced and fried potatoes seasoned just right with salt and pepper.
Everything was excellent and I can't wait to go back and try some more!

Best Burger in Louisville. This was probably my 20th burger this year.
Delicious and consistent 😋

I tried the Impossible, the salmon, and the falafel. The food was great. Service was great. Will definitely enjoy eating here again.
