This is definitely a company that you want to do business with. Michael was prompt and helpful in making our carpet selection. He didn’t attempt to “up sell” us on a product. The installers arrived 30 minutes earlier on installation day, which is a plus. They were very professional and had pleasant personalities. They did a wonderful job on cleaning up and vacuumed the carpet before they left. The carpet looks great in our basement. I highly recommend Michael’s flooring. (This is a local owned company versus a box store company)

Excellent customer service provided directly from the owner Michael. A very professional experience. We had him install carpet and pad in 4 rooms. The owner not only met our needs on a very short timetable but did so with a great price and excellent customer service. Had carpet purchased and installed in a few short days. The owner himself went above and beyond with his support. Personally came by to inspect the work and ensure we were satisfied. Promptly had his staff return to address our concerns with the install. His crew were polite and professional. Additionally at no charge he personally returned to assist in trimming around the doors after we had hardwood installed. We are very pleased. Would highly recommend the company!
