Newberry Parc

I read the reviews here, and even had a first hand person tell me not to move in here. I was very anti moving here at first but me and my husband made the choice that not everyone's experience will be the same and we have found that the NOTHING we were told has been true. Our apartment is VERY clean, smells wonderful, every week someone comes and cleans the hallways, Mel in the office has been positive and helpful and truly cares about our experience in our home. He was very quick with getting us approved and moved in and very upfront about the prices from the start. Our heat was not working from where it hadn't been used all summer and they were out the same hour to fix it with smiles on their faces while being here they made sure to let us know that they want to help and want to be there if we need them. The day after the work order was put in management called to assure the problem was fixed and make sure we were satisfied. All staff is new and being dealt a hand they didn't break but are fixing it into something truly wonderful. I found a place i'm proud to call home. Please don't let the negative reviews steer you away. I have never once made a review on ANYTHING but this place doesn't deserve the rep it's getting and it deserved some light shed on it. My husband and myself could not be happier with the experience we have had and i'm sure will continue to have. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to make their own.
