Dr. Castellie operated on me in 2008. He performed a 4 level disc fusion. I could not have asked for a better Dr. I'm doing fantastic since he performed the surgery. He was kind and answered all my questions. I was unable to stand up before he operated and now I have a life. Thank you Dr Casnellie!!

I saw Dr. Casnellie in 2015 and 2017 for bilateral SI Joint fusion. This type of surgery takes a more skilled surgeon with specific training. I had already been misdiagnosed for a year before I found Dr. C. He was quick with his diagnosis turned the screen so i could see the xray for myself and explained everything in detail. He's also a very nice man. Very humble and down to earth. He doesn't have the I'm the dr air that a lot of physicians have. The staff was always helpful and nice. I wouldn't be treated by anyone other than Dr. Casnellie for my spine.

Dr Casnellie is the best! He has done a 4 level fusion on my neck then years later 3 level on my back. The staff there is excellent, Mike Gilbert is the best ! They take their time with you and explain. I have been coming here for many years due to my degenerative disc and arthritis. I have sent my daughters to see Mike Gilbert and my brother. Highly recommend.
