An amazing facility with top notch trainers!!! If you are looking for a gym, definitely check this place out. It’s a different workout everyday and is less than 45 minutes. While it is a group camp setting, I do feel that the trainers do an excellent job of one on one coaching. I actually have to modify for several different exercises, but I still feel like I workout just as hard as any other camper on the floor.

I may be biased as I am a trainer here. BUT, this place is something different than any gym anywhere. The passion of both the staff and the members of the gym for making peoples lives better are unmatched by anyone. The community in the gym is amazing, and everyone shows love towards each other, all day, everyday. Fitness is not about athleticism, it’s about being mentally healthy, physically healthy, feeling supported, and showing support to others. Athleticism is just a bonus that comes with the rest when your not looking.😉

Sheepdog has some wonderful protects for your protection and your own self defense! I was surprised at how reasonable they are! Great products.

The website was extremely well put together and easy to navigate! Customer service was available, and very friendly to deal with. Needed some pepper spray, and a taser, and shipping was extremely fast! I also use Sheepdog as my FFL handler, and Brandon made the process extremely smooth. I highly recommend Sheepdog for all of your self defense needs!

The website is very easy to use, has a good flow to it when looking up the different products. Purchased a runt gun for my cousin got it delivered in a timely manner. She absolutely loves it and carries it every day.
