I can't say enough great things about Sharon Stivers and Ethan Farabee. Have been working with them for years with our automobile policies and until recently with our homeowners. (We moved to a farm and coverage is different or we would still be with them!) Excellent everything! THANK YOU BOTH!!!!

My agent is Mr.Todd Hale, the road started out a little bumpy for us, but he made the corrections that needed to to be made and made the road smooth. I am especially happy with my new home owner and auto insurance policies. It's different when making phone calls and texts to get things done, but I finally got a chance to put a face with a name and meet with Mr Hale. Mr Hale is a very nice personal person, very knowledgeable with his business and works very hard to get you the best quotes he can. I normally don't give 5 stars to anyone, but he is a 5 star person. Thank you Hyland Insurance for such a great agent.

We just moved to Louisville and was notified by our Medicare Advantage plan that we would not be covered in Jefferson County. Mr Braden was very helpful in explaining our options and signing us up for a new plan. I'm very grateful since we only had 6 days to find a new plan. The entire staff as very helpful in getting us signed up quickly. We will definitely be using them for help when open season arrives in October.
