Each time I go into the Jefferson Mall store I am treated so well!! They are very helpful in suggestions and very personalized. Jessie Riley, one of the managers there, in the store has phenomenal customer service skills and and care for her customers!!! I just cannot say enough about her. She definitely deserves the recognition because she goes above and beyond to take care of all her customers and really makes sure I’m fully satisfied. Good customer service now a days is not that common but when I experience it I rave about they deserve it here!!

I purchased a Memorial ornament for my husband who pasted this year to place upon the tree. It is a beautiful heart shaped locket style ornament. The outside has an angel wing on one side an a sentimental verse on the other. His name and dates are engraved inside with a place to place a picture of either the two of us or one of him alone. Very stunning. I do wish they would had more of a selection. I remember back in the 80's when there was so much to choose from the store was packed. The selection is now limited. It almost looks like they are going out of business.

Love this place. Always find nice gifts to give that are reasonably priced
