Every step of the process was so easy. From coming to stop by and see the Bolt EUV after it barely got off the truck, to Scott and Darren working with my husband to see the car or answer any questions. To even how quickly but friendly the manager and finance manager was to my family when we came in to finalize everything. Everyone was a joy to work with!!!

The salesman was awesome. No complaints there. Though on my way home the day I bought it the check engine light came on. Turns out it was the timing chain, chain sensor. They replaced the chain but sensor was on back order. Waited a bit they put it on but it still sputters on the highway. Need to rectify this.

I want to start off by saying this dealership is amazing. My salesman was Tracey Milliner. Tracey and his team at Sternberg made the buying process so easy. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Hands down one of the best dealerships I’ve ever had the pleasure doing business with.
