Jefferson County Clerk's Office East Branch

I was there today at 2:00.. it was somewhat busy.. I grabbed a number (58) and they were on 41.
I had my car inspected immediately, and it only took about roughly 4 minutes.. by the time I went back inside they were already on number 48.
The lady Mary, assisted me because I had to get a car transferred from out of state, to Kentucky. She was excellent.. she knew exactly what to do and she got it all taken care of in about 15 minutes!! She was extremely knowledgeable ‼️‼️
This place is really great.. I recommend it for anybody in the East End to go there.‼️‼️

Surprised there weren't more people on the last day of November. Employee nice but her quiet voice was hard to hear with the divider between the 2 of us.

The staff was very helpful. I was able to get my car inspected and registered with no problems.

So good to experience business back to normal.

I stopped in to ask some questions about completing a form to switch my out-of-state registration and title, fully expecting to have to return with signed and notarized documents. Instead, Meredith helped me on the spot and notarized my signature for me! She was so helpful and pleasant and made the entire process so easy!!
