Have always had a fantastic experience with all the staff. Services are effective, I cannot recommend them enough. Very, very happy with my results and experiences at this location.

I have been a client at Milan Laser for about 2 years now and the service has always been stellar. Smiling faces greet you as you arrive and wait time is almost non-existent. All the nurses are very knowledgeable about the treatments and give great after care instructions. If you are looking for a great laser hair removal establishment, look no further!

The staff here are extremely nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is amazing and the treatments are 100% worth it. I will definitely continue to use Milan for all my laser hair removal needs and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Top notch staff and treatment. I decided to get laser for my Brazilian area because I absolutely hate shaving and all of the after effects of it (red razor bumps, itchy, uncomfortable, quick hair growth leading to prickly sandpaper feeling with 24 hours after shaving!) It was incredible how much my hair growth was reduced after my first and second sessions. Got pregnant and paused treatments. Decided during pregnancy to purchase full leg treatments. 3 Brazilian sessions and 1 leg session done, and I'd absolutely decide to purchase again in a heartbeat! Best investment ever! Every staff member I've encountered on the phone and in-person have been kind, helpful and overall pleasant. Warning: my lower legs hurt WAY worse than my Brazilian and upper leg treatments. It really bites those ankles because it's so close to the bone. Luckily, the pain/discomfort is so fleeting, it's not a big deal at all. I'd rather deal with that a handful of times than shave for the rest of my life. Also, unlimited lifetime packages... Yes please!

Laser hair removal is the best investment I've ever made for myself. It's improved my quality of life and I know, will save me money on razors and shaving cream and lotions etc. in the long run. Yes, laser hair removal hurts, but I promise it's so worth it for 20 minutes of discomfort. I've had treatments done at other offices that were unsuccessful based on type of laser and receptiveness of staff to my individual treatment needs. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Milan so far and am finally seeing hair reduction after nearly 8 years of consistent touch ups at my previous laser office. I have extremely sensitive skin which makes it painful to shave even with the nicest razor, so when my treatments weren't working I felt pretty discouraged. After just 5 treatments at Milan, I'm seeing the type of reduction I've been hoping for for a long time. On top of great results, their staff is kind and the environment is very comfortable. I used to dread my appointments at other offices, but I look forward to them now that I'm going to Milan. I love all of their staff, but I have to specifically give a shout out to Amanda, one of their nurses. She makes the appointments as enjoyable as possible. It's obvious that she knows what she's doing and no question, cares about providing the best treatments to her clients. All in all, I highly recommend Milan to anyone considering laser hair removal.
