AT&T Store

We were assisted by Jenni in our recent visit to the AT&T store. She was amazingly patient, informative and knowledgeable during our almost two hour purchase. Our purchasing experience with Jenni is the way a customer should feel and she is an outstanding asset to AT&T. We will continue to be customers and will be back to this particular store because of her.

Anastasia did a GREAT job for us. We needed a new phone for my elderly mom and she would speak with her directly when talking about the phone. Super nice explaining different plans with me and saving me the most.

Shaking and Ashley helped me today and the service was marvelous. They both were very knowledgeable about services provided and were able to give a nice cost breakdown for what I needed. Customer service has been terrible at many places during this pandemic, but their team was very happy and helpful with every question I had for them.

Anastasia provided good service. The wait for the agent was long but I will not complain since We were a walk-in.
She took the time to explain the plan. We were greeted by two manager who apologized for the long wait but also followed up with us to let us know some one would be with us soon.

One of the best experiences I have had with a technology company. Shaking Dean and Anna Windle were 100% professional and easy to work with. Shaking explained everything in detail and made sure I got the service I needed. Anna was able to answer all my questions when I called the store. The store manager also made time to make sure I was getting the help I needed. They were great!!!
