Had to drive here three days in a row, because I was taking care of some repairs for a friend. One of the extra trips was my friends' fault and not Apple's. I would say, if you're not lost when you first walk into this store then you were raised coming here or are less than 20 years old. But, now that I've been there 3 times I get how the store works. Everyone is very helpful when you have their attention, but finding the appropriate line (waiting zone?) is a combination of chaos and luck.
We went in the Oxmoor apple store around 3:00 on Saturday. The store was really busy, we were walk ins and had no appointment. We were greeting as soon as we walked in the door, from then we waited maybe 10 minutes tops to see a specialist named Pam. We could not be happier with the help and service she gave us. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with 2 people that are not very tech savvy. Great experience with a great employee.
Had a phenomenal shopping experience today with Amanda. I was looking to upgrade my phone and give my daughter my old phone since her screen was badly cracked. Amanda was incredible with regards to being very knowledgable about the differences in the phones, listening to me and asking great questions to help us figure out what we needed, and thinking creatively around the carrier plans offered so that we wound up purchasing two new phones for less than I had planned to spend to upgrade just one phone. (Plus my monthly bill with my carrier will be less than what it was before.) She took her time, was patient, communicative, and friendly, and she worked well with her teammates to finish the setup of the phones. She explained every step of the process and I never felt pressured or confused. Even though we were in the store for almost 2 hours, we left super happy customers.
I usually enjoy going at the store because all the time representative help and solve the issues. Today o went to pick up my IPhone 13 Pro max order, and it was smooth. Representative was helpful and knowledgeable. Store has plenty of space and it looks fantastic from inside. Today they were not fully staffed but still did nice job.
