(June 1, 2019, 11:32 am)Have had sears maintenance agreement for over 25 years- great service, although getting to phone center is sometimes a challenge. Also same person came for our maintenance a week ago on other products and he could have done freezer at same time preventing me from having to wait till he came a second day. Could have given a better window of arrival on day of service.
