I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent! I would definitely recommend this store based on my treatment! The associate's is BRANKO ! I do not have a last name for him.Great service experience all around! Thank you for the ALL AROUND POSITIVE EXPERIENCE Branko!!😊😊

Great place, they are straight up and forward with you there's no BS and they tell it the way it is not like other phone places where they give you a little circle or run around or smoke and mirrors great place to get a phone
