Incredible team, staff were super friendly and informative. Sarah was awesome, very knowledgeable about both machines (we have a Singer and a Kenmore). Pam was fantastic, too, and helped us understand our options and initiate service. Will definitely be back!

Each time I visit this store, I'm fully satisfied with the friendly customer service and wide array of fabric & supplies available. There are many sewing, serging & quilting machines in stock for ready demo by staff as well. I look forward to a special event coming in September with a Bernina educator!

Such a nice store. Went in looking for an Embroidery/ sewing machine. Or maybe just an embroidery machine. I was shown several models of a few name brands. I ordered a machine and signed up for a class and sewing club. Yesterday I didn’t have the machine so they let me use the one on display! I left with a beautiful quilted piece!! Not perfect but very pleased for first time. Going back Saturday and will sign up for another project in store.
I recommend this store! Worked with 3 employees all so helpful, knowledgeable and kind!! Great displays of fabric, thread and probably any item you could be looking for!

Purchased a vacuum today. We were super impressed by the service and value. Worked with Josh, who helped us carefully assess our vacuum needs and thoroughly explained alternatives.
Also really appreciate that there was no attempt to upsell.
