When I finally received my delivery of flooring, I had to wait a month for Romanoff to install (due to current and after effects of pandemic, a wait list). They came at the promised time. I received an automated call the Friday before; the installer called the morning of to inform me his arrival time. It was crazy as it always is when there are house renovations involved. However, Brian and Lonnie were great. They did a great job and were professional! The finished by the promised time. This is the second time RR have been to do my flooring. The first was for carpet into my 3 bedrooms; that was several years ago. I was happy then, and I am satisfied now.”

He was prompt, through, and very professional - from day 1 he made sure we had all the information we needed, and did a property visit to know exactly where things would go. I looked all over town for a clear top tent that was a fair price and of good quality. I am SO happy I chose Rent & Rave for our wedding rentals. The tent was stunning, and perfect for our fall wedding on a sunny, cool day. The tent was strung with their new edison lights. We rented their farm style tables for our main table and the rest of their rentals (tables, chairs, linens) were all clean and accounted for. Their setup in advance of the date was very helpful for us to get a lot done before our big day. Their setup crew was wonderful to interact with and efficient. As the florist and bride, Rick made sure I was able to suspend a floral installation in the tent. It was all so beautiful. If you need rentals for your big day - choose this company!”

“Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate. Once there, we discussed the options and pricing. They were prompt with reminders and on the day of the extermination were early. The whole experience was so very easy from start to finish.
