I received text messages throughout the week letting me know what progress was being made and they also called to give me updates. Early in the week, they gave me an updated time estimate and ended up finishing early! I love the text updates and confirmations. It’s a really nice touch and it kept me from having to contact them to get information. I went to them because that’s what the insurance company covered but they’ll be my go to if I ever need their services again.”

Two of us have food allergies and the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and professional and reassured me our orders would be fried with only cornmeal and separately; he spoke to the kitchen to ensure no flour would cross into our food. Those of us with allergies and sensitivities are so appreciative of the extra steps to ensure our health and safety. Truly a hidden treasure here in Louisville and some of the best fried fish I’ve eaten in a long time. The restaurant was clean and fairly busy, few minutes to wait for your made to order. They offer a few booth seats, and couple of tables all indoors.”

“Last Wednesday Aug 24th. The fine men of Anchorage came to my home on a emergency call. My husban was having chest pains and I was at work. When I got home they had my 3 year old son in their arms to keep him from getting upset. This meant the world to me! My husband is fine. Todayi go to to the station to give them home made banana pudding and say thank you. The guy at the visitor desk could have care less even after I told him my name twice. “Anytime I am on my travels, I am always looking for some exotic foods. I love to try and eat meats that are hard to fine and this place are exactly what I was looking for. Their entire menu has all kinds of gamy items that are not easy to find, but the rarest of all was the kangaroo! Certainly not something I can manage to eat all the time, but as a once in a while I don’t it was amazing. I had a rabbit meatball on the side and was very happy with my meal. The kangaroo burger was delicious and the sauce on it was fantastic. It was a pretty good size and I left the restaurant relatively full. I will say that the side items of sweet potatoes was small so I’d recommend going for the basket instead if you are hungry. Not only was the meal good, but the service is pretty great as well. Isaac was great with the server and very helpful on my touristy Kentucky questions. I would highly recommend trying this place out!”
