The Spa at Norton Commons

I had a wonderful, relaxing facial and dermaplane with Caitlin. She has a very gentle touch, her quiet, soothing voice explains what she is doing and what products she is using. It was heaven! I highly recommend her. The Spa itself is very clean, and smells so good. The front desk person, Hannah, greeted me as I walked in, was very nice, walked me to the relaxation room where I waited for my appointment. It was a very pleasant experience, I look forward to my next facial.

I had a facial, which was very relaxing. Staff were professional, gave great recommendations on products and the environment was clean, quiet and very calm. I have already scheduled another appointment. Great experience!

I arranged a treatment day at what can only be described as a true gem of a spa. The staff are welcoming, professional, and provide a service that is second to none. The spa features beautiful decorations and relaxing treatment rooms. I really felt at home whilst there and the prices reflect great value for the top quality services and products. Amber did everything to make me feel comfortable and she succeeded in creating a very enjoyable experience.

My first experience with The Spa at Norton Commons exceeded my expectations in every way. From the ease and convenience of scheduling my deep tissue massage, to Melissa greeting me and escorting me to the changing room and then to the relaxation room, to the massage from Jenny (talk about taking your craft and client’s satisfaction seriously), it couldn’t have been a better experience. A professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly team, in a space that exudes peacefulness and relaxation.
