Great neighborhood with nice scenic places but house cost a fortune for some reason and there is no real good shopping spots. Good placed but everything's overpriced, except Gustavo's we love Gustavo's

It's a great little area for living with many amenities close by including shopping, eating etc. They have events throughout the year like a Fall Festival going on now. It has a quaint atmosphere. The buildings are unique and have a distinctive downtown look from decades past.

This was one of the best 🎃 Halloween 👻 events this fall.

We live here and we cannot imagine ever leaving. This is our third home in Louisville and we have spent eight years here. We knew when we decided to move here that this was a special neighborhood, even when it was not complete. There are sidewalks and porches virtually everywhere, businesses and professional offices, restaurants, and bars, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, and lakes, an outdoor amphitheatre, and activities every week. This is a neighborhood for people who like people and enjoy an active lifestyle.
