Tim Curtis is the best realtor! Before moving from out of state, we connected with Tim on the phone. He set us up with a home search so we could see new listings and make a list for showings. We spend at least three full days looking at houses (around 50) before we found the right one. Tim was incredibly responsive and patient. He set up same day showings in the evenings and squeezed in last minute requests. We put in offers on two homes and he was such a pro in making sure we were getting what we wanted and avoiding a bad deal. When we found the one we loved, he went above and beyond as it was a FSBO. Turn around time on paperwork was instant. I don’t think he sleeps! He is professional, responsive and a kind person who does the right thing. That’s so important!
