Mengel Exteriors

I would like say that Mengel Interior’s came back and made things right. This company has been in business a long time, and although they went through supply issues and Covid in the end, they stood up to their reputation as being a great company. We absolutely love our windows. The owner Art and Tim was great to work with.

I had a great experience with Mengel Exteriors with window replacement. Michael Woodson, my salesman, was very professional, friendly, and made it all easy to understand. He walked me through the process perfectly and I had no issues! The installers came on time and did a great job. They were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up everything when they left. The windows look amazing, inside and out, and I could not be happier. The whole company, from my salesman, to their office staff, to the install crew was so friendly and accommodating. You do not find service like this very often these days so I could not recommend them enough. Give them a call if you are considering any remodeling or windows or siding for your home.

I reached out to Mike Watson and told him what I was looking for and stressed the importance of LOW PRESSURE sales. He came through. He came out quoted my windows, when I asked for a few days to compare his quote to the other 2 I had received, he said yes and did not hound me or present me with high pressure sales pitch.

I ultimately decided to go with Mengel Exteriors, they were slightly more expensive, but offered a superior window. Mike warned me there was about a 15 week lead time (everything has extended lead times so I understood). Low and behold, just shy of 15 weeks, the installer called and set me up.

On to the installers, what a great crew. They were on time and finished within 15 minutes of when they said they would. They were nice and professional, when they left my home, there was NOTHING out of place. They removed all the old windows, scrap, plastic, etc. At the end of the day, it looked as if nobody had been there.

I would recommend the entire process/windows to any of my friend and family. Oh and BTW, the windows are beautiful!

Mengel installed our windows four years ago and did an amazing job! Robert took his time explaining the different options for us, and made the whole process so easy. This year we were ready to replace our doors and called Mengel. Working with Robert and the Mengel team has been a very positive experience. Our neighbors are noticing how beautiful our house looks, and now they're signing up to have Mengel come revive their houses! Thank you!!
