She single handedly helped each customer and wasn't hesitant about going out of her way to make sure everyone's needs we're met. Further more, I had a question that regarded a managers approval and the manager wouldn't be in for another hour or so. Azah wrote down my information, spoke with the manager, had the problem fixed and personally called me back to inform me that it had been corrected and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. That ladies and gentleman is customer service. I make a 30 minute trip just to go to the bank and I always leave satisfied.
