“I keep coming back to this DSW. Why? Because they have a nice selection of shoes at reasonable prices. As others have said they have a large clearance section in the back of the store. I have even found a few top brands in my size at 80 percent off! Some of the shoes in clearance may also be found in floor stock so don't despair if your size is not in the clearance section. Customer service at checkout is superb. However, they cut back on floor staff so you must search for assistance. Despite that, the help that I received went far beyond my expectations as the gentleman showed me where to find the style of shoes and designer requested and offered to help locate similar styles. During my last visit I left with four pairs of shoes that would have cost me the same as one pair at a high end retail store. The only issue of concern is the store's location. The area is not safe at night. I was in the store when a group of people robbed it. It was an emotional experience for my guest which affected the rest of the evening.”
