“I've been a patient of Dr. Barnes for over 3yrs. My best friend and her mother both are patients and recommended her to me. She is the best Doctor I've ever seen. I love the time she takes with all of her patients no matter the insurance they have. I have great insurance and could go anywhere I want to. She is definitely not a "pill" pushing Doctor. She checked my vitamin levels and has me taking the right doses and the ones that I'm missing or need to increase. She's so comfortable to talk to and doesn't talk above my head. She's also the 1st Doctor I've been able to get into a good relationship with and not feel like I've just walked thru a revolving dooor! I hope she never changes her beside manner!”

“One of the Seneca staff saved my miniature schnauzer Mellie when she got loose from the yard after the storms. This is why I switched vets. Seneca staff make it easy to schedule appointments, let me stay in the room with my girls while they were getting shots and blood drawn, and the vet techs spoiled my girls with pets to keep them calm. Dr. Brinks is very personable and gives me lots of detailed info and options for the care of my girls. Results from bloodwork came back super quick! I'm glad I made the switch to Seneca!”

“BEST VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND CLINIC IN LOUISVILLE!!! Let me just say, I never write reviews but I am compelled to scream from the rooftops how GREAT this vet office is after yet another visit and reminder of how they stand above the rest! I can't say enough about the care, compassion and empathy that Dr Robertson and her staff have shown me and my pets over the years. My furry friends have had several ailments that other "big vet clinics" in Louisville (you probably all know the ones I'm talking about) either misdiagnosed or flatly refused to treat. In stepped Dr Robertson and her team of incredibly talented doctors and staff. They kindly took the time to truly understand my concerns, appropriately diagnose the issue and walk through treatment options. Unlike other clinics that make you wait hours and then spend two minutes with you, spending the entire time with their head in a clipboard; the wonderful people at Bannon Woods take their time to explain everything and are so very kind to my pups while doing so. From my understanding it is a family run business but the amenities and state of the art medical devices/tools they have are second to none and compare to, if not surpass, any large city vet chain I've been to in the past. "Cutting edge care" tucked away in a country setting in Fairdale. I've since moved far away from the practice but will never go to another vet office. I now drive 40 minutes from Prospect to visit Bannon Woods. If you love your fur children, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Pictured is my pup Teddy after his latest check up.”
