“Wish I could give more stars. Like 11 stars. Out of 5. She saved me so much money and now more than ever is the time to use a realtor like this. It is a sellers market right now so it sold quickly and not having to pay a normal realtor commission was so financially beneficial for me as the seller that it should be illegal! Unfortunately, a family member passed away suddenly, and left my family a house that was over 3 hours from our home. After we contacted friends that live in the area, we decided Patti Morgan was the best option, and oh boy, were we right about that decision!!! She posted our house on a bunch of websites and apps, which in 2021 is how pretty much everyone looks at and finds houses. And sure enough, it sold very quickly to a couple that saw it online. Why overpay for another realtor to basically do the same thing Patti will do for significantly cheaper??? During a time when houses are selling quicker, it would be dumb not to go with Patti and then you can keep more of your money in your pocket when it sells.
