“I was moving last year out of Louisville in a hurry, and brought some item to the owner Eric for consignment. I was sort of prepared to never see any funds or at the very least see nothing for the items I left. The items were a bit pricey so I was taking a risk. I didn’t contact the store for over 9 months, and when I did send an email, I was relatively sure I was going to have to butt head with the store. To my complete surprise, Eric said they had a check for me but were unable to contact me, due to my own mistake. He went out of his way to get the funds to me and that says a lot about his character. I would absolutely use Louisville Pawn Depot again. It’s an honest and fair business, and that’s all anyone can ask for.
