After a long day of making minor repairs and cleaning our RV in preparation for transport, we did not want to drive 110 miles back home so we decided to get a hotel. I found the Hilton Garden Suite. The front desk rep Holli was terrific in getting us checked quickly and informed us they had a dinner menu if we didn't want to leave the hotel for dining. We decided to order food from the bar. The bar attendant Tiarra was also fantastic in helping my husband customize his dinner order. Tiarra also prepped a tray for us to take our food to the room on glass plates with lids to keep them warm.
I would stay here again for sure. The room was clean, the bed was good and so was the food.
Thank you, Ladies.
I was blown away by this Hilton Garden Inn! I’m a Platinum Hilton Honors member, I mention this because I stay overnight around 170 nights a year and have been to quite a few locations.
From the moment you walk in, you notice the cleanliness and freshness to the newly built hotel. The front desk manager was outstanding, bartender was top notch and the cook made me an amazing burger that I was not expecting to be this good!
Rooms are very clean, new, and fresh.
Bravo Hilton Bel Air!
Brand new hotel. Welcoming and fun staff to greet us. Don't know the lady's name but she was so welcoming and just kind to us when we checked in. She gave us a great Asian food recommendation down the street. Beds comfy, though we were lost in the amount of blankets and bedding which were on the beds. We ended up here last minute on the way home, tired and worn out after a long two weeks of vacation/college touring. I would honestly reroute our next trip to stay here again...it was a perfect stay!
The hotel is a bit far compared to other hotels for access to APG, but not bad. The breakfast is great, made to order or the usual buffet of grab and sit. The gym, is THE best lay out I have seen for a hotel in the area. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean ample sunlight when, wanted. Lights in the room are okay, still a little dark (I like it bright at times).
Local eateries are close enough to walk to.
Over all best hotel and great price point.
This was a brand new hotel. We all know there are always “kinks” that need to be worked out but the staff was absolutely amazing. The front desk employee, Somer Sawyer, was so helpful, attentive and understanding I could’ve hugged her! My husband and I drove over 13 hours to my cousins wedding and Somer did her magic and had us in our room by 10:08 am (after some mix up with the original booking). Everything was amazing and clean also.
My husband and I ate here yesterday and service was excellent! Food was great! Our waitress was Jordan and she was on top of her game and was funny. We don’t come too often but when we do it’s always good. My only problem was this couple sitting behind us who made a comment about us (we are a interracial couple...) but that’s not y’all’s problem!
Excellent food. With all you can eat sides, the price is reasonable. The donuts as an appetizer were amazing. Easily a 5/5 Stars. They would be 6 out of 5 if we use the Dave Meltzer scale.
The server had an order taking device, so we were already being served drinks while we were still ordering the appetizer. Pretty cool. The excellent service continued from there. The food was good too. This Red Robin has always had good food and friendly service. This time it was great!
