(January 28, 2020, 10:22 am)Very pleased with my experience. Hassan let me take home 7 or 8 rugs over the course of two days. and he and Santiago spent over an hour helping me look and talking to me about what would work in my space and what size I needed. Found the perfect piece and we love it!
(January 13, 2020, 11:01 pm)This is a great company! You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful selection of rugs. Hassan and his assistant Santiago are amazing. They provide 5 star service. He supplied our entire home with rugs and helped coordinate the colors with our decor. He is very knowledgeable. After having one of my rugs a couple of months the color I chose I had second thoughts about my pick. Hassan, went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my rugs and brought me another rug and changed it out with another for equal value with no hassles and kindness. One rug needed to be retied on one end and came out and fixed it right on the spot. The 8 rugs we purchased are fine quality and love each of them! Highly recommend Grace Rug Gallery.

They came to our home, picked up our rug, and brought it back looking great with a new pad within a week. We were especially impressed with their warm, positive interaction and felt at ease leaving our rug in their care. We highly recommend this professional Nicholasville business!
