    The team was on time and very on task to complete the installation as communicated. The team was a happy group of workers and very professional. Once they were done, you would never know they were here - except for a brand new roof!

    Jacob's Ladder was referred to me by a friend for my roof repairs. We ended up needing to file an insurance claim because the damage was more than we thought. They performed all the work they outlined and help us get it all taken care of. Excellent company who really know their way around insurance claims that's for sure. I'm glad I took my friends advice!

    My roof looks great and best of all it was covered by my insurance company! I though I just had a leak that needed repaired. I had no idea I had roof damage from the wind storm the other day. The roofing crew at Jacob's Ladder did a really good job on my house and the owner Hugh Johnson was on site the whole time. My yard is cleaner than is was before they started! Strong work guys!

    Jacob's Ladder did a very good job on our roof project. I had quotes from 2 there roofers. Jacob's Ladder was the only one that offered a 10yr work warranty. In my opinion, Jacob's Ladder is the best roofer around Nicholasville KY. I will definitely be referring them to my friends. Thanks for the good work guys. My wife loves our new roof color!
