(December 17, 2018, 1:18 pm)Zoe is amazing. She made time for me to bring my sister in from out of state to do a very sentimental tattoo. She did my spouse's tattoo in October and both were outstanding. She s light handed and super friendly. I would recommend her to anyone and we will be back !!!
