(June 3, 2022, 3:12 pm)Depends on the manager but most of the time this place is a nice place to live. There's always a bad apple in the bunch just can't let it bother you. I have great neighbors and some family that live close by so I don't mind it. Usually very quiet in the back part where I live. You get nosey neighbors everywhere you go, and people that will complain. You can't please everyone bit overall it's a very nice community. They do some cool activities in the summer and around holidays for the kiddos. We just recently got a.new manager and so far she is great! Really cares about her residents and the office staff is always so friendly. I'm a little biased as I've lived here for 38yrs. My parents were one of the first to own a mo Ile home in this park, back when it was Rudgate East.
