They are gentle and kind, and their experience working with children of all ages and needs is evident. Appointments are always thorough but quick, and the staff takes time to answer questions or concerns at appointments as well as on the phone in urgent situations. “It's still a clean place. Now in 2021 (Pandemic) the bathroom is always locked. There is no attendant. All chairs are together in corner with yellow tape around them. So..no bathroom, no place to sit and no attendant. Lost money because some machines don't work. They don't even answer the phone. Wow.”

“If it weren't for the new management company taking over the previous "The Mark" apartments, I would be leaving a 1 star review and going on about how terrible this place is, like everyone else on these reviews. However, The Mark was bought out and is now called Alister Lake Lynn and the new management company is amazing. Truly if I had not already signed a lease at a new location, I would have renewed and continued in living in my current apartment. I have full faith that their maintenance team could have quickly and efficiently addressed all my issues in my place. Marquis is probably the best maintenance manager I have ever worked with in my life. He truly knows his stuff and it shows that he actually cares about what he is doing. His team is also a delight to work with. I cannot remember all the names of those who work at the office, but everyone that works for this company thus far has really impressed me. Despite the poor previous reviews, I would 10/10 recommend Alister Lake Lynn. I feel confident that their team will turn this complex around. Thank you Mill Creek Management! Keep crushing it.”

My youngest child just started going to preschool there too. The staff are great. Everyone has always been very helpful. They are great about keeping you informed.
