“Never had a problem with scheduling or with the appointments themselves, I drive a work vehicle and the staff are always very prompt about getting me through. However, as I drive a service vehicle, I keep a stock of parts in the back seats. The staff apparently thought this was all trash and proceeded to throw the plastic seat covers and paper floor mats on top of my parts after conclusion of service. Definitely rude, but is the only issue I've had in three years.”

“The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! This was my first time trying Joy Food and I must say that it was some of the best Chinese Takeout Food that I’ve had in the area. I was craving some Chinese Food and noticed that they had lots of good ratings, so I called in an order for pickup. When I arrived, I noticed that the restaurant was outdated. It’s basically just a whole in the wall, but don’t let that keep you from trying this gem. The people were so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered the 10 piece Crab Rangoon, a combination dinner of Sweet and Sour Chicken which came with fried rice and a egg roll, a combination dinner of General Tso’s Chicken which also came with fried rice and a egg roll, and a order of Hot and Sour Soup. Like I stated earlier, everything was great and came to a total of $28 and some change. I highly recommend trying this place out next time you’re in the area.”

“Have to give a huge shoutout to this department today! Attended the funeral of the wife of a retired firefighter. The department attended in volume. As the procession was escorted to the cemetery, each intersection had a firetruck and 3 firefighters standing at attention with lights flashing. It was an amazing send off for a wonderful woman. Very classy! It was beautiful! Much respect to the Nicholasville Fire Department!”

The new owners are putting a lot of work into updating the space and the new machines are great! Still about $2-2.50 for wash. The two new dryers give you 15 minutes per $0.25. And as always, I love seeing Mia there!”
