(January 9, 2020, 10:17 am)Best apartment ever! If you can get a space here, absolutely take it. The apartments and the common areas are stunning. And the sense of community is wonderful and so welcoming. Management goes out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of feels a part of the Duveneck family. Excellent communication, maintenance, and events. Plus, can't beat the location right by Braxton Brewery and Mck's Chicks. Would recommend very highly to anyone.
(July 26, 2019, 7:37 am)Lived here for 1 year and absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and treated me with respect. I never felt like they were out to nickel and dime me. The location is amazing and has high walkability. The staff has fun events every month and the property was very clean and quiet. I felt like part of a family.
(May 31, 2019, 3:20 pm)Great place to live - great staff, very pet friendly, modern apartments, great gym and clubhouse/outdoor area. The Duveneck Square team host regular events for residents which builds a great community atmosphere. They also respond quickly to questions/issues. Very happy to be living here!

I love this place primarily because of team of people running this beautiful new luxury complex. Kristin, Tim, Joanna, and Amanda are amazing people and care for you like you are family! I highly recommend Duveneck Square Apartments!
(May 23, 2019, 4:37 pm)Love Duveneck! Before my boyfriend and I decided to move in together, he was already a tenant at Duveneck and had a studio. We both love the location the apartments and wanted to continue to stay at Duveneck, but in a little bigger apartment. His lease was not fully matured, but we went to the leasing office and spoke to Kristin and told us that he can 'transfer' his lease to another apartment at Duveneck. I was amazed by this because I've never heard of a leasing office willing to do that without charging a crazy amount of fees. The process was super easy and we are now in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Duveneck. The staff here is wonderful and always responds quickly to any issues. We are super happy to live at Duveneck!!
