The nursing staff & CNA s all the way to the front desk are very loving & caring as if in caring for their own loved one. I personally don't know what I would do without them. “For me visiting Dr Patterson at this office is a positive experience. Usually the waiting time is minimal and the staff very pleasant and professional which I greatly appreciate. My big complaint is the unavailability of close parking. I still am able to drive despite dependence on a walker and find it exhausting to make it into the office. I also see Dr Chahall and do make use of the lab at this location. One more request. The chairs at the sign in area and often in the Dr's office do not have arms and are difficult for me to rise from. Very difficult and often embarrassing. Thank you for your consideration. “Came here on a date and the food was delicious. Smoked wings were on par with Midway/Mt Lookout Tavern/The Oak. The Hot Brown was mind blowing. I'll come back specifically for that dish again. I ordered the campfire old fashioned and the only thing that could've made it better would have been if they toasted the marshmallows at my table! We will definitely be back. The only criticism I have was that service and the kitchen seemed to be struggling to communicate with one another. I'm sure the team is just working out the kinks of a new restaurant. PS: you can order from Parlor while inside Braxton Brewery... Treat yourself to the breadsticks or the pretzels and Storm beer cheese. You will not be disappointed.”
