Personal service is back in style. Courtney is awesome, she was so polite and professional. Courtney went above and beyond to assist me with a financial problem. I can't imagine ever banking anywhere else.

Friendly, personal service. They know me by name.
***Have to edit this review*** After 2 years, I don't know anyone in there. Just a sign of the times since I don't have the need to go inside much anymore. Today though, I noticed the clock was stopped on top of the building, dead bushes at the front entrance, no withdrawal slips at the customer service table. The teller took way too long to cash two checks and withdrawal from savings.

The Bank of Kentucky (now BB&T) is a great bank and a even better place to work at. The family atmosphere is a breathe of fresh air in regards to any other bank in my opinion. I have found the employees at all the various branches to be the the friendliest anyone could hope for. Everyone really enjoys coming to work everyday
