Excellent service. My hard drive was going out which made my laptop operate extremely slow, which was so frustrating. The technicians diagnosed the problem, replaced the hard drive, and gave it a good cleaning, inside and out. It runs amazingly fast now, better than new. I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
