I’m not sure her name but I think she was the store manager. Well her Prince and the other young man there was amazing tonight. I was in pain and grumpy. They still helped me without blinking an eye. They were awesome. They went above and beyond. I will never go to another store!! This is now the he third time I go to this store to upgrade my phones. Thank you for being so awesome!

Walked in with my mother in law to get myself, my wife, and her a phone. The team was great! A guy name GT made sure we were getting the best deal and went the extra mile! They also gave us gift bags. Nice touch! Awesome team will definitely return.

I am a caregiver and I accompanied a patient of mine to the T-Mobile store on kino after going to the irvington and campbell location and being completely ignored. We were greeted by Prince and the store manager with blue hair. They were so kind to her and helped her with her new phone purchase and even gave her a great deal on internet. They took the time to hook up her watch and set up her internet in store it was such a great experience we have found a new home store even though it is farther from our home we will definitely be back. Thank you for your great customer service to both of these employees.

Shout out to Fredo and Danny (I think) who went out of their way to find a solution for the weird hardware issue I was having. After a week of stressing over it, it felt really nice to have someone really go the extra mile to see what could be done. Everyone in the store was very pleasant and patient, even though the store is pretty busy. It is very appreciated.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the store. I was greeted with the most welcoming smiles. The energy was uplifting. I walked in with just questions about switching, GT and Ashley went above and beyond by showing me their coverage map and reassuring any concerns I had would be taken care of. Not only did I cut back by saving money, but gained a home store for my T-Mobile needs from now on. I appreciate you guys!
