  Kristen was amazing! Her customer service exceeded my expectations. She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get me a great rate that blows any competition out of the water. I have all the coverage I need and then some. I am very pleased with this office and happy to be a part of the State Farm family.

  We (my wife, Christine and I), recently had the opportunity to meet with Mike Cason and Lauren Steffen for a review of our plans. The meeting was very informative and extremely pleasant. Both Mike and Lauren were well versed and easily understood. Also, Lauren has been most helpful in follow up to ensure the changes we sought have been realized. We were very sorry to lose our long time agent, Ed Schadler, but are confident we have landed in good hands.

  Walking in, I was a little uneasy about dealing with insurance but I left confident that Michael and Kristen had my best interests in mind. From asking questions about my policy to quoting me for other coverages, I have to recommend this agent for any insurance needs. Not only do my rates blow the competition out of the water, but the service I received well exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, Michael took almost an hour getting to know me and asking questions about my life to better understand my needs, and from the start I knew I was in good hands. I can’t recommend this agency and the agents enough. Anyone in Northern Kentucky would be lucky to be represented by Michael Cason State Farm.

  This is by far the best insurance agent & company I have had!! Kristen was able to cut my insurance premium almost in half WITH raising my coverages from what I was paying with another company before! What really won me over was the time she took reviewing my current policies and explaining everything, as I did not really understand insurance much before. We uncovered major gaps that were unknown to me before. With my savings, she was also able to start a life insurance policy so I can help protect my family as well as a short term disability policy to cover my income if I couldn’t work! I left the office with a lot more knowledge and felt like I made the best decision for myself and my family. I’m very happy with Michael’s office and feel I am now in the best hands! I will recommend this office to everyone I know!! Thank you all!
