  I have always found this Audi dealership to have excellent customer service. I have had the pleasure of having Jessica Geneva handle whatever issues I have had with my vehicle and I am always looking for her when I arrive for any service. She makes sure that everything is taken care of professionally, courteously and in a timely manner. She continues to keep me informed as I am waiting for my vehicle to return. Jessica is very knowlegeable and professional as well as courteous.

  Danielle Hebner is awesome. She is very professional, customer focused and detail oriented. She explained what service she would provide and also suggested additional services I may need at the 30,000 mile checkup. She kept me up to date during the wait time. Work was completed in less time than originally planned. Because of my past experience with her, I requested that she be my contact person for service. Audi Clearwater is lucky to have Danielle.

  Mandy is the definition of excellent customer service. I’ve worked with her for the last 2 years and she has never been anything less than amazing. She always goes above and beyond to help. The best experience I’ve ever had with any service department at a dealership.

  I discovered a nail in one of my A-4's tires and made a drop in visit at Audi Clearwater. Mandy started the process to replace the tire immediately. It was later in the day and she had to order a tire so I came back the following morning for the tire replacement. Everything went smoothly like clockwork. Mandy has always made the visit to Clearwater Audi pleasant and complete. She goes above and beyond to the Audi experience a great one. Thank You

  Tracy does an absolute amazing job on my hair. She also does my son's who has special needs & can be very hard to work with. Tracy is absolutely AMAZING with him & does a wonderful job on his hair. Will definitely keep going back.

  Ashley did my hair. I was going from red to blonde, which is a little risky. She thoroughly explained everything and we set up a back up plan in case I turned orange. My hair turned out to be AMAZING. There's practically no red left and it is a beautiful blonde. I will be returning to her in 4 weeks to take it even lighter. I highly recommend her. Her cut was great too. And price was excellent. Love this place.

  I've been looking for an edgy and trendy salon for awhile since I lost my hair stylist. I was walking past this salon to go to the pet store next to it and picked up on a vibe from the salon that this was the exact place I was looking for. I walked into the salon after I picked up what I needed from the pet store and made an appointment for the weekend with Ashley.
  
  Man, I was not disappointed. Ashley and Shannon sized me up and recommended the best possible style and color treatment. The color treatment was a Biolage and it turned out so beautiful and reminds me of Autumn every time I look at my hair in the mirror. I will definitely be back for a touch up and whatever other fun styles that Ashley and Shannon recommend!
  
  If you want a style that is trendy and looks awesome, stop in and see Ashley! I can promise that you will not be disappointed!!
