I recently moved from Seattle and had my first service appointment at Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe. It is always nerve wracking for me to go to service centers, but Joe Vitale was attentive, warm, and communicative and it made the experience wonderful! I will certainly be coming back for my Subaru services from now on!
Excellent service and attention to detail. With my husband immuno suppressed during this Covid 19 pandemic, we needed repairs that couldn't be delayed and were worried about having to go to the dealership. Everyone was wearing masks, socially distanced and we did the paperwork outside. Our rep, Jason, took great care to keep us safe and informed of every step. Thank you. Great job!
I highly recommend Hannah Benjamin and Ganley Subaru East. To everyone looking for a new to you or brand new vehicle you should stop in here. I purchased my first Subaru back in 2015 from here. I brought my Impreza back to the service center for everything. From oil changes to issues I was always taken care of. From the show room to the service center I have never had a poor experience. Hannah was amazing from start to finish. She answered all of my questions and trust me I had plenty. Not once did Hannah rush me into a decision. I love everything about this dealership and will continue to recommend to friends and family. Hannah thank you again for taking the time to help me make my decision. Great service center experience. I came for a recall and the technicians were very helpful in explaining some other findings that would need attention at some point. For instance, my struts looked greasy and i was told it could be a leak and could need replacement, but that as long as the car was driving fine there was nothing i needed to do now. There was no pressure to perform any extra work and none of the typical "your air filter is dirty" when its actually brand new that you get at some places. They even sent me photos of some minor problem areas for my records. Overall i was very impressed and left with a sense of trust in the dealership. Shout out to Jason for his help in particular.
