Unfortunately Hancock Drain Service was not my first choice and I am 330$ sorry for it. Based on google reviews, I chose Kennedy Plumbing out of Florence to unclog my kitchen drain. Big mistake! They wanted to charge me 900$ to high pressure jet my clog because their tech said the snake wasn’t working. They charged me 330$ to make this determination. Needless to say the pressure clean out never happened. I then called Hancock Drain Service who came out and in the same amount of time that it took Kennedy Plumbing’s tech to reach his wonderful conclusion, Hancock had the drain cleared and charged me much less for better service. I am now a “lifelong (fan) customer” of Hancock’s and would recommend them any day. Eric was awesome and set me up for a great vacation. Thanks.

I was extremely impressed with my recent services from Hancock plumbing. They came out to fix a few of my plumbing needs and were so helpful. Excellent service, knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it whereas I had 2 other plumbers come look at my issues and they were completely clueless, but Hancock literally came in and knocked out like 5 different things within an hour. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty, integrity and being the best at what they do. Call them for any of your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed! Oh, did I mention that they were very fair in their pricing which was also a huge relief.

I had called Roto rooter for 3 days , they couldn't come, called jolly plumbing, no response. I called Hancock services they were there within 1 hour, very courteous, knowledgeable , respectful to my home and reasonably priced. I will never call anyone but Hancock again. They fixed my problem within 45 minutes. Great job guys!
