Don't really know what to say about this one. In a day and age when nobody can get parts or help, Berea Collision finished my car in a couple weeks and took care of all the towing and insurance paperwork. First rate service.

Generally pretty good. Communication was my primary issue, since I wasn't able to work directly with them most of the time. Must be very clear with what you want to get done, because that is all that will get done. I had one issue that I haven't been able to get fixed there, though they did attempt to fix it twice more without charging. I decided that I will just have to go somewhere else to get it fixed; it is not a mechanical engine issue, just the AC. I thought they were nice enough. My other two problems were fixed with no issues. Price was average for a garage.

Berea Collision Center was is very professional and always gets the job done. They have always had a friendly and professional attitude and are polite even when an issue arises. I never had a problem with the repairs done and I know even if I did that David would do his very best to fix what ever was not right. I would recommend Berea Collision to everyone.
