The manageress is friendly, quick, and efficient. Climate controlled unit suitably raised to protect from possibility of flooding. I did notice a dead mouse in the unit hallway, which is why I could not give it 5 stars, but so far, very happy with it.

Ms. Linda was very kind to my friend and me. She walked us through pricing, where our unit was, and what hours we could access our unit. Very personable and sweet as well as offering us the things we needed to keep what we’re storing safe. 10/10 would recommend, come see her for your storage needs.

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Linda while looking for a storage unit for a family member in Berea, Ky who’s having to move at the last minute. She was very thorough when explaining all of the details when renting from SROA, and she was very professional and very friendly. I will most definitely send all of my family and friends to Miss Linda when a storage building is needed!

This process was wonderful. There was an issue with my address on the website, so. I was unable to pay online. Within 2 mins, I was contacted by one of the office staff to discuss my estimate. I called the main number back that had reached out to me and Jamia answered. She was extremely helpful answering my questions, providing me with information I would need and was friendly, yet professional. Within 5 mins, the entire process was completed and paid for.
