Charles and the Staff goes above and beyond any agent or insurance company Ive ever had. They are just like talking with family when you call in.

My car breakdown on the interstate months ago when I was coming home from work. I had no success in using Allstate's roadside assistance app to summon timely help. Fortunately, I received assistance from a sheriff's deputy after he noticed my hazard lights. He called a local towing company on my behalf. I paid cash up front because the tower had no contract with Allstate. In spite of this, the local office requested a copy of the bill and cheerfully refunded the cost in a timely manner.

Always great service and friendly help! I’ve never even visited the office, but through phone calls and email they have always answered questions, promptly responded to inquiries and assisted me with our insurance needs. Highly recommended!!
